Bányai Anna
Movement has been part of my life since childhood. I have always instinctively sought activities that energize and uplift me. 🌞 I discovered the Pilates method several years ago, and it immediately left a deep impression on me. Its precision, attention-based system, and thoughtfully structured movements offered a truly special experience. I felt that it was more than just a form of exercise — it has the ability to support physical and mental balance in the long term.

It didn’t take long for this passion to deepen on a professional level. I completed the American Peak Pilates Comprehensive training based on the classical Pilates system, which includes mat work, reformer, Cadillac, and other apparatus-based exercises, and I will soon complete an international fitness instructor qualification as well. 📚

Currently, I teach group classes where I place great emphasis on helping each participant connect to the practice according to their individual abilities and goals. My classes are flexibly structured, and exercises are offered at multiple levels of difficulty, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace — consciously and safely.
For me, movement is not only about physical development, but also a powerful tool for prevention, increased awareness, and strengthening everyday well-being.

Bényei Zsófi
My name is Zsófia Bényei, and I am a physiotherapist and reformer Pilates instructor. Sport and movement have been part of my everyday life since childhood, and through my work I have had the opportunity to try many different forms of exercise. In Pilates, I found exactly what I had always been looking for: a form of training that develops and recharges both body and mind.

In my classes, I strive to help you achieve your personal goals — whether it’s increasing strength and endurance, improving posture, shaping the body, enhancing flexibility, or developing body awareness and balance. Equally important to me is creating a friendly, positive atmosphere where you feel safe, welcome, and motivated to return — a space where you can step out of the daily rush, even if just for an hour.

Dánielfy Anna Sára
In my full-time role, I work as a physiotherapist and manual therapist, but alongside rehabilitation, I consider health prevention just as important — which is why Pilates is one of my greatest passions. For me, movement is essential in every sense of the word; I’ve never really been able to stop. This is also why I continuously invest in my education and strive to bring fresh energy, new ideas, and exciting challenges to my classes.

I aim to show that Pilates is not just a workout, but an opportunity to connect with your body and soul — while improving body awareness, strength, balance, posture (and, of course, getting ready for the summer sunshine season!). If you’d like to push your physical limits with me while feeling mentally refreshed, I warmly welcome you to join my classes. 😊

Herczeg Dóri
My name is Dóri Herczeg. I have been involved in dance for 20 years, focusing primarily on Latin American, standard, and Caribbean styles. For many years, I was an active competitor at both national and international championships. After finishing university, I moved to Budapest to start my career, and for the past 1.5 years I have been running my own business as a dance instructor, Zumba instructor, and nutrition advisor. My biggest dream has come true: I get to do what I love while helping others along the way.

Through dance, I had the opportunity to truly get to know my body and understand how important proper stabilizing muscles and correct posture are—not only in dance, but in everyday life as well. In my classes, the main focus is on bodyweight exercises, mobility work, and dynamic stretching. Whether you are a dancer, a beginner starting a lifestyle change, or an advanced athlete, you are welcome. If you would like to build a flexible, strong, and healthy physique, I warmly invite you to join my classes.

Káll Kíra
My name is Kíra, and I am a certified Pilates instructor teaching both mat and reformer Pilates. Movement has been part of my life since childhood, mainly through ball sports, which is why the Pilates ball is one of my favorite tools to use during classes. I spent several years living and working abroad, and after returning home I began focusing primarily on teaching reformer Pilates, while still staying closely connected to the foundations of mat Pilates.

For me, Pilates is about balance, slowing down, and consciously turning inward — a form of movement that strengthens both body and soul, helping us feel more confident and balanced. I warmly welcome everyone to my classes, where mindful movement, positive energy, and a supportive community go hand in hand.

Through dance, I had the opportunity to truly get to know my body and understand how important proper stabilizing muscles and correct posture are, just as much in everyday life as in movement practice.

Kincses Kinga
My name is Kinga Kincses, and I am a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. For nearly 20 years, I have been supporting people in achieving their best physical and mental shape. In my Pilates classes, I would like to share with you all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years.

For me, health is much more than just exercise. Building community, having a supportive mindset, and continuous growth are all part of my life philosophy. Through practicing Pilates, we not only shape our bodies, but we can also create the foundation for a more balanced and harmonious lifestyle.

In my classes, we don’t focus only on the exercises, but also on growing together within a supportive community. My role is not only to coach, but also to motivate and guide you — I love helping my clients step beyond their limits and discover new possibilities within themselves. I truly believe that with me, you will find not only physical strength, but also inner balance.

I warmly welcome you to my Pilates classes.

Marosán Angelika
Yoga is a way of life for me — one that influences my body, soul, and spirit alike. I obtained my traditional yoga teacher diploma in 2018 and I am a yoga instructor certified by the Hungarian Yoga Teachers’ Association. I have taught traditional Hatha, slow-flow, children’s, and chakra balancing yoga classes. Currently, my main focus is Women’s Yoga.

In my classes, I create sequences aligned with the lunar cycle, welcoming practitioners from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. I teach on traditional foundations, as for me yoga is not just physical exercise, but a lifestyle — therefore relaxation and breathing practices are an integral part of the physical postures. It is important to me to welcome my students into a pleasant, clean, and calm environment, and to offer them, as a closing of the week, a yoga practice that restores and strengthens both mental and physical well-being during their quality “me-time.”

If you feel called to try Women’s Yoga as a complete beginner, or if you are an experienced practitioner wishing to experience the wonderful health benefits of traditional Women’s Yoga, join me on Friday evenings to release the weight of the week and begin your weekend with lightness and ease.

I welcome you to my classes with infinite love:
Marosán Angelika Annapurna

* I received the name Annapurna during mantra initiation in the Sivananda tradition; its meaning is “she who nourishes completely.”

Nagy Oxána
My name is Oxána Nagy, and I am a yoga instructor and lifestyle consultant. During my childhood and university years, I tried many different sports and always loved being active, yet none of them truly captured me. After my very first yoga class, however, I immediately knew: this is what I want to do. Not long after, I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training — the best decision of my life.

I have been actively teaching yoga since 2018, and along the way I have become familiar with many different styles of yoga, most of which I also teach. I feel it is my vocation to help improve and maintain people’s quality of life, and I truly believe that yoga is the perfect tool for this. It not only nourishes the body, mind, and spirit, but also helps us reconnect with ourselves.

In addition to group and private yoga classes, I also lead workshops and retreats. Since 2022, I have been teaching future yoga instructors in a Hatha yoga teacher training program, focusing on the preventive execution and instruction of asanas. I enjoy building my yoga classes creatively and always structure them so that everyone can find variations that suit their own boundaries.

For me, yoga is about balance — the middle path. I love diving deep, philosophizing, and recharging spiritually, while at the same time I am equally drawn to the scientific side of yoga, including anatomy and biomechanics. I truly enjoy combining these two aspects into a harmonious whole. This approach allows everyone to feel comfortable in my classes, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions — I am happy to help. I warmly welcome you to my classes!

Nyist Manda
I believe that yoga not only strengthens the body, but also shapes our inner world — sometimes gently, sometimes bringing about profound transformation.

I began practicing yoga regularly around 2017, initially just for myself. Then, during a life-changing moment on one of Indonesia’s islands, the thought arose: why not share this knowledge with others? Since then, I have become a Hatha, Yin, and Flow yoga instructor, and in every class I aim to pass on what I have learned through my own practice — how we can reconnect with ourselves on the mat, and beyond.

In my classes, we sometimes move dynamically and at other times sink into deep stillness, always approaching the body and our current state with respect. My goal is for everyone to experience their own rhythm, boundaries, and growth — without force, yet with inspiring challenges. Developing body awareness and connecting to our intuition play an essential role in every class.
Join me at Nordvital Studio — you are warmly welcome, whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or already feel at home in your practice.

Papp Júlia
Sport has been an integral part of my life since childhood. I competed in equestrian gymnastics for 12 years, and over time my role naturally shifted toward supporting beginners and younger athletes, as well as helping with exercise corrections. After stepping away from this sport, the space it left behind was perfectly filled by Pilates and Reformer Pilates. Through these methods, I found a form of movement that truly combines strength, flexibility, and balance.

As a Reformer Pilates instructor, my goal is to share the joy of sport and movement with others, support personal development, and help maintain motivation toward a healthier lifestyle.
In my full-time role, I work in the field of HR, which allows me to bring a people- and guest-centered approach into my classes as well. I warmly welcome you to my beginner and all-level Reformer classes, where challenges are guaranteed — along with a great atmosphere! 😊

Stinner Réka
My name is Réka Stinner, and I am a reformer Pilates instructor and psychologist. Various forms of movement have accompanied me since childhood, but ever since my first reformer Pilates class, this practice has held a special place in my heart. What makes it truly unique for me is the precision and control of the movements, which not only shape the body but also require strong mental presence.

This focused state supports the development of body awareness and the ability to be truly present — skills that can be carried into everyday life as well. For me, this is where reformer Pilates and psychology truly meet and complement each other. :)

My goal in my classes is to create a friendly, open atmosphere and to share this joyful form of physical and mental rejuvenation with those who join me. I warmly welcome you to my classes if you wish to grow, reconnect with yourself, and connect with others.

Tarkövi Kata
Over the past few years, I have tried many different sports, but the ones that had the greatest impact on me were dance and majorette, which I practiced with dedication for many years.

Later on, reformer Pilates brought back the same feeling I used to experience through dance: precision, strength, control, and a sense of flow. Since then, it has become part of my everyday life, and my goal is to share this form of movement — along with the awareness it brings — with others. I believe that reformer Pilates not only strengthens the body, but also helps us reconnect with ourselves.

I work full-time in marketing, and I try to bring my creativity from that world into my movement practice as well. So I warmly welcome you to join my reformer Pilates classes in both English and Hungarian!

Tömöry Bori
I fell in love with the world of Pilates more than 10 years ago, and my passion for the sport has remained unwavering ever since. As an international Merrithew/STOTT instructor, I have been teaching mat and reformer Pilates for almost two years. Whether it’s planks, lunges, or cardio-based exercises, I believe the foundation of a great class is finding the right balance between a sense of achievement and exciting challenges.

Beyond the classical foundations, I always try to bring variety into my sessions, making the most of the endless possibilities Pilates has to offer. I warmly welcome you to my All Levels, Advanced, Mat, and Barre classes!
