Reformer and Mat Pilates
Pilates aims to strengthen core muscles, improve posture, and gain conscious control of the body. Reformer Pilates is performed on a special machine that provides spring resistance, while Mat Pilates is based on your own body weight and the usage of simple equipments. Both types of movements effectively strengthen, develop stability, and contribute to the flexibility of the body.

Yoga
Yoga is a holistic form of exercise that combines physical exercises, conscious breathing and relaxation. It helps to improve the body's flexibility, strengthen muscles, and create inner balance and calm. Regular practice supports physical and mental harmony and reduces stress.

Stretch and Strength
This class uses a balance of stretching and strengthening exercises. Stretching helps improve muscle flexibility and prevent injury, while strengthening contributes to stability and better performance. It is an ideal complement to any sport or exercise.
