Service Description

This dynamic, energetic class combines the principles of Pilates with cardio using a jumpboard attached to a reformer machine. In the class, you work with jumping movements while lying on the machine, developing your stamina, strength and explosiveness. The exercises not only shape the leg and glutes, but also activate the core muscles, while improving coordination and sense of rhythm.
